Terms of Use
Effective October 12, 2026 · Last updated October 12, 2026
The short version
- Financial Pack is entertainment and education. It isn't financial advice, and we're not your lender, broker or advisor.
- Offers on our site come from other companies. They decide who's approved and at what rate, not us.
- Partners may pay us when you use their offers. That's how the show stays free.
- You must be 18 or older and in the U.S. to use Financial Pack.
- If we ever have a dispute, these terms say it goes to individual arbitration, not a class action, unless you opt out within 30 days (see section 15).
The short version is a summary. The full terms below are what count.

1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and TLC Collective, LLC, a Utah limited liability company that runs Financial Pack ("Financial Pack," "we," "us"). They cover FinancialPack.com, our emails, and any apps, tools, videos or other services that link to them (together, the "Services").
By using the Services or joining our list, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. Who can use Financial Pack
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. By using the Services, you confirm that you are.
3. Not financial advice
- Financial Pack is for entertainment and education only. Our characters, videos, guides, calculators and comparisons give general information, not advice about your own situation.
- We are not a bank, lender, loan broker, credit counselor, financial advisor, tax advisor or lawyer, and we don't act as your fiduciary.
- Before making a money decision, think about your own situation and, if needed, talk to a licensed professional.
- We try to keep information accurate and current, but rates, terms and laws change. Always check the details with the company offering the product before you sign anything.
- Any examples, like "$412 a month for 5 years," are illustrations, not quotes or promises.
4. Third-party offers
- Offers on the Services come from other companies ("partners"), like lenders, card issuers and comparison networks. The partner, not Financial Pack, decides whether you're approved and sets your rate, fees and terms.
- We don't guarantee you'll qualify for any offer, get any rate, or save any amount.
- When you click an offer, you leave our site. The partner's own terms and privacy policy apply there. We're not responsible for partner sites, products or decisions.
- We don't show every company or every product available. Which offers appear, and in what order, may be affected by what partners pay us, as well as by what you told us.
- If you ask us to match you with offers or have partners contact you, you agree that we may send them the information you gave us for that purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. How we make money
Financial Pack is free to watch and use. We may earn money when you click, apply for, or are approved for a partner's offer, through advertising, and, in the future, by selling our own products and services. Partner payments never decide what our characters say on the show. We'll always label paid placements and partner links as such.
6. Emails, calls and texts
Email and electronic notices
You agree that we can send you notices and agreements electronically, including by email and on the site, and that they count the same as paper. If you join our list, you agree to receive emails from us, including partner offers if you've said yes to those. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any marketing email.
Calls and texts
We'll only call or text you for marketing if you give us your phone number and separately agree in writing. If you do, you agree that Financial Pack, and any partner named at the time you agree, may call or text you about financial products and services at that number, including with automated technology or prerecorded voices. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. You can also email info@financialpack.com.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Tell us if you change or give up your phone number, so we don't contact someone else.
7. Accounts
If we offer accounts, you agree to give accurate information, keep your login private, and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
8. Our own products and services
We may sell our own products or services in the future, like courses, tools, templates or merchandise. When we do, the price, payment, delivery, renewal and refund terms will be shown before you buy, and those terms will be part of this agreement. If anything conflicts, the terms shown at purchase win for that purchase. Subscriptions, if any, will say clearly how to cancel.
9. Rules for using the site
Please don't:
- Break the law or use the Services to trick, harass or harm anyone.
- Give false information, sign up someone else without their permission, or pretend to be someone you're not.
- Scrape, copy or harvest the Services or other users' information with bots or scripts, except normal search-engine indexing.
- Try to hack, overload, or get around the security of the Services.
- Commit offer or affiliate fraud, like fake clicks, fake sign-ups or misleading traffic.
- Copy or reuse our characters or content in ways these terms don't allow.
10. Our content
The Financial Pack name and logo, the characters (Dusty, Zeke, Millie Mae, Penny Fox, GP McGee and Sarge), our videos, writing, images, designs and tools belong to TLC Collective, LLC or our licensors and are protected by law. You may watch, read and share links to our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else, like copying, editing, selling, or using our characters, needs our written permission.
11. What you send us
If you send us comments, ideas, stories or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us a free, worldwide, permanent license to use, edit and share it, for example to feature a question on the show. We'll never publish your full name or financial details without your permission. If you share ideas or suggestions, we may use them without paying you.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OFFER WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
13. Limits on our liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TLC COLLECTIVE, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY THIRD-PARTY OFFER, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100.
Some states don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be waived.
14. Your responsibility
If you break these terms or the law while using the Services, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
15. Disputes and arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to go to court and to join a class action.
Talk to us first
If you have a problem, email info@financialpack.com and describe it. We'll try to work it out within 60 days before either of us starts a formal case.
Individual arbitration
If we can't work it out, you and we agree that any dispute about the Services or these terms will be decided by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration can happen by video or phone, or in the county where you live. For claims under $10,000, we'll pay the AAA filing and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous.
Exceptions
Either of us can bring an individual case in small-claims court instead, if it qualifies. Either of us can also go to court to stop someone from misusing our intellectual property.
No class actions
You and we may bring claims only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or member of a class, group or representative action. The arbitrator can't combine more than one person's claims.
You can opt out
You can opt out of this arbitration section within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms by emailing info@financialpack.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your name and email address. Opting out won't affect anything else in these terms.
If part of this section doesn't hold
If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court instead of arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies to everything else.
16. Utah law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute goes to court rather than arbitration, it will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to sue at home.
17. Changes and ending access
- We may update these terms as Financial Pack grows. We'll change the "Last updated" date, and for big changes we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new terms. Changes won't apply to disputes that started before them.
- We may change, pause or end any part of the Services at any time.
- We may stop your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the Services and unsubscribe at any time.
- Sections that by their nature should continue, like sections 3, 4, 10 to 16 and 18, still apply after your access ends.
18. Everything else
These terms, our Privacy Policy, and any terms shown when you buy something from us are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold.
