1. Who we are

Financial Pack is run by TLC Collective, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Financial Pack," "we," "us"). This policy covers FinancialPack.com, our emails, and any apps, tools, videos or other services that link to it (together, the "Services").

Financial Pack is an education and entertainment brand. We explain money topics and, in time, help people compare financial products from other companies. We are not a bank, lender, broker or financial advisor, and we don't make credit decisions.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

Information from other companies

What we don't ask for: we don't ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers, card numbers or passwords to other services. If a lender needs them, you give them to the lender directly on its own site, under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use it

We may combine information we collect. We may also create anonymous or grouped data that doesn't identify you, and use it for any purpose.

4. Who we share it with

WhoWhy
Service providers that work for us, for example website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), email forwarding (ImprovMX), analytics (Google Analytics) and ad measurement (Meta)To run the Services for us. They may only use your information to do that work.
Financial partners: lenders, card issuers, insurers, comparison networks and affiliate networksOnly when you ask to see or apply for an offer, or agree to be matched or contacted. See Financial offers.
Advertising and measurement partnersTo measure our ads and show our own ads to people who visited our site. You can opt out (see Your choices).
Payment processorsTo take payment if you buy something from us.
Government, courts and law enforcementWhen the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
A buyer or successorIf Financial Pack or TLC Collective, LLC is sold, merged or restructured. They must honor this policy for information we already have.
Anyone elseOnly with your permission.

5. Financial offers and partners

6. Marketing: email, calls and texts

Email

If you join our list, we'll email you about Financial Pack, including new episodes, guides and, if you agree, financial offers from us and our partners. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@financialpack.com. We may still send you messages you need, like receipts or account notices.

Calls and texts

We'll only call or text you for marketing if you give us your phone number and agree in writing, for example by checking a box that says so. Calls and texts may use automated technology or prerecorded voices. You never have to agree in order to buy anything or use our free content. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

We don't sell or share the phone numbers or text-message consent you give us with other companies for their own marketing.

7. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser saves. We only turn on analytics and advertising cookies if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline," or haven't chosen yet, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel don't load at all, and the site works the same. You can change your answer anytime with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page.

If you accept, we use cookies and similar tools like pixels to:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for that browser: if your browser sends it, we treat it as "Decline" and don't load analytics or advertising tools. Many browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there's no common standard for it, so we treat GPC as the signal we respond to.

8. Your choices and rights

You can let someone else make a request for you (an "authorized agent") if you give them written permission. We may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. Extra rights by state

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

"Sale" and "sharing": some state laws use these words broadly. When you ask us to send your information to a partner who pays us, or when advertising or analytics cookies run on our site, that may count as a "sale" or "sharing" under those laws, even though no one hands us cash for a list of names. You can opt out as described above. We don't knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 18.

For California residents

Today, we collect your email address and the website usage data described in section 2. As the Services grow, we may collect these categories of personal information: identifiers (like your email and IP address), customer records (like contact details), commercial information (like offers you viewed or products you bought), internet activity, rough location, financial information you chose to share, and inferences about which products might interest you. We collect them from the sources and for the purposes in sections 2 and 3, and disclose them to the recipients in section 4. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you can ask once a year whether we've shared your personal information with other companies for their direct marketing.

10. Federal financial privacy

If we ever help you apply for a financial product in a way that makes us subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, some of your information will also be covered by that law. Where it applies, we'll give you any required privacy notice and follow it.

11. How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, like encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access, and trusted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise your information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

12. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're on our list or using the Services, and afterward only as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy, such as keeping records of your consent, paying partners, or following the law. Then we delete it or make it anonymous. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email on a "do not contact" list so we don't email you again by mistake.

13. Children

Financial Pack is for adults 18 and older. The characters are cartoons, but the decisions are grown-up ones. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy as Financial Pack grows, for example when we add new tools, partners or products. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make a big change in how we use or share your information, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect, and ask for your permission where the law requires.
